We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return your artwork, please see our returns policy below:

Original Artworks

If you wish to return an original artwork, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. While the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, we’re here to guide you through the process and recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the piece arrives safely. We understand that accidents happen, so just let us know if you encounter any issues during the return process.

Prints

  • Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
  • Other Returns: If you’re not completely happy with your print, you can return it within 30 days. As long as the print is returned in its original condition and packaging, we’ll process your refund once it’s safely back with us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, but we’re always here to assist if you need any help.

Commissions

Since commissioned pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable. However, we work closely with you during the commission process, providing regular updates and ensuring your satisfaction throughout.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and confirm the approval of your refund. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a little time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.

Damaged Goods

If anything arrives damaged, don’t worry! Just contact us within 3 working days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll guide you through the process to resolve the issue and make it right. Please keep the packaging and item intact until we provide further instructions.
