Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing our original artworks. We hope you are delighted with your new piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our refunds policy carefully.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your artwork to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at kristikazar@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the artwork is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom commissioned artworks cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for original artworks. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item as per our returns policy and make a new purchase separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the artwork was damaged or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
